1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "323jl" / "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at 323jl.net and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and applications.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the 323jl platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal user account created by a Player upon successful registration on the 323jl platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account wallet at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any non-cashable or conditionally cashable credits awarded to a Player as part of a promotion, welcome offer, reload bonus, or other incentive scheme.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the specified number of times that a bonus amount must be turned over through eligible games before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification, age verification, and source-of-funds checks conducted by 323jl in compliance with applicable regulations.
• "Game Providers" refers to third-party software companies whose games are made available on the 323jl platform, including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Hacksaw Gaming, and others.
• "Philippine Peso" / "₱" / "PHP" refers to the official currency of the Republic of the Philippines, which is the primary currency used on the 323jl platform.
• "Restricted Territories" refers to jurisdictions from which access to and use of the 323jl platform is prohibited under applicable law.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on 323jl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and admits no exceptions. Players found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts immediately closed and any remaining balance forfeited.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming services is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 323jl is legal in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or other legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into contracts.
• Not a Problem Gambler: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including those maintained by PAGCOR or any other Philippine gaming authority. If you have voluntarily self-excluded from any gambling platform or program, you must not attempt to register or use 323jl.
• Not an Employee: You must not be an employee, director, contractor, agent, or affiliate of 323jl, its parent companies, subsidiaries, or any of its Game Providers, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

3 Account Registration

When registering for a 323jl account, you agree to the following conditions:

• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• One Account Per Household: Each individual player is permitted one account. Additionally, only one account is permitted per household address, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. 323jl reserves the right to merge or close accounts it reasonably believes to belong to the same individual or household.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is deemed to have been conducted by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity.
• Notification of Compromise: If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 323jl support immediately via live chat or email so that your account can be suspended and secured.
• Account Currency: All 323jl accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your 323jl account is personal to you. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

4 KYC & Identity Verification

323jl is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all player accounts as part of its obligations under applicable Philippine anti-money laundering and gaming regulations. By registering, you consent to this verification process and agree to cooperate fully.

KYC verification will be triggered at the following points:

• Before your first withdrawal request is processed.
• When your cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds determined by 323jl.
• At any time when 323jl has reason to question the accuracy of the information held on your account.
• As part of periodic account review procedures.

Accepted identification documents for Philippine players include:

• Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
• Philippine Passport

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by 323jl may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: 323jl accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit is ₱100. 323jl does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees independently.

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the payment processor. In the event of a technical delay, you should contact 323jl support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the name on your 323jl account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash and Maya: Within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts, subject to network availability.
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank): Within 1–3 banking days.
• USDT TRC20: Within 1 hour subject to blockchain confirmation.

323jl reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding certain amounts or where unusual account activity has been flagged. Withdrawal requests that have not been processed due to pending KYC verification will be queued until verification is complete. 323jl is not liable for delays caused by the Player's payment provider.

Chargebacks: Any attempt to reverse a deposit transaction through your bank or payment provider (a "chargeback") constitutes a breach of these Terms. 323jl reserves the right to close your account, recover the reversed amount from any remaining balance, and pursue legal remedies where appropriate.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

323jl offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed on the individual promotion page in addition to the general bonus conditions set out here.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 323jl reserves the right to exclude specific players or groups of players from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in all bonus amounts being voided.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered through eligible games before a withdrawal can be made. • Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the specified validity period will be forfeited automatically. No extensions will be granted.
• Abuse Prevention: 323jl employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk game wagering designed to exploit bonus terms, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and the use of third-party software to gain an advantage. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their winnings voided and their account closed.

7 Gameplay Rules

By accessing any game on the 323jl platform, you agree to abide by the rules of that game as displayed within the game interface. In addition, the following general gameplay terms apply:

• Random Number Generation: All 323jl games that are not live-dealer games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology supplied by the respective Game Provider. 323jl does not control or influence RNG outcomes.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 323jl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using the platform while under the age of 21 years.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or using more than one account, whether in your own name or in the name of another person.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with any proceeds of criminal conduct.
• Using any software, bot, script, artificial intelligence tool, or other automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting any bug, error, or system vulnerability discovered on the platform. Any such discovery must be reported to 323jl support immediately.
• Colluding with other players, including through chip-dumping in poker or coordinated betting in live casino games.
• Abusing the bonus system as described in Section 6.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or knowingly making deposits with stolen or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 323jl support staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

323jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligation to player welfare seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may enable on-screen time reminders that notify them when a specified session duration has been reached.
• Reality Checks: Players may activate periodic reality check pop-ups that display the duration of the current gaming session and net gaming activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used to log in, deposit, or place wagers.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

323jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Chargebacks initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• Discovery that the player is ineligible to use the platform under Section 2.
• Request by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

In cases where an account is closed due to player breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited by 323jl. Where an account is closed at the player's request or due to circumstances not involving player fault, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of KYC procedures.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 323jl platform — including but not limited to the 323jl name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the property of 323jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 323jl platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the 323jl platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Use the 323jl name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without explicit written authorisation.
• Frame, scrape, or systematically extract data from the platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of 323jl's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by 323jl.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 323jl shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, revenue, profits, or data.
• Technical failures, server outages, or interruptions to game availability.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Actions taken by 323jl in good faith under these Terms, including account suspension or closure.
• Force majeure events, including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or telecommunications failures.

323jl's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 323jl account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

323jl makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

13 Privacy

323jl collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the 323jl platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 323jl is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and, where you have consented, marketing communications. 323jl does not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to the operation of the platform.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your account, or your use of the 323jl platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You should raise your concern with 323jl customer support as a first step, providing full details of the issue in writing.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Nothing in this section prevents 323jl from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
